The short version

The apps collect nothing. No account, no analytics, no advertising, no SDKs. Every one of them runs entirely on your device and makes no network requests at all.

This website is a separate thing, and it does count visits — with analytics that set no cookies and store no IP address. A page on this site cannot see inside an extension, and never will.

The apps

Each app stores its data in your browser's local storage and nothing else. That means your block lists, programs, PIN hashes, time totals and session reports never leave the machine they were created on.

Each app has its own policy describing exactly what it stores:

Because nothing is transmitted, there is nothing for us to sell, lose, or hand over.

This website

The site is static pages served over HTTPS, with two scripts on it:

  • Umami, self-hosted on our own server rather than sent to an advertising company. It counts page views, so we can tell which tools people are actually looking for. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address, and builds no profile that follows you between visits — there is nothing here to consent to.
  • A chat widget, loaded from coniva.ai, so a question can be asked without leaving the page.

Our host records standard server logs, as every web server does. We do not read them for anything other than keeping the site up, and they are not linked to any identity.

None of this touches the extensions. Your block lists, programs, PIN hash and session reports live in Chrome's extension storage, which no website — including this one — is able to read.

PINs

Where an app uses a parent PIN, it is stored as a salted PBKDF2 hash. The PIN itself is never written down, which is why it cannot be recovered — only replaced.

Children

Our apps are installed and configured by a parent on a family device. They do not create profiles, do not identify who is using the browser, and send nothing about anyone anywhere.

If this ever changes

If a future version of an app collects or transmits anything, this page and that app's listing will say so before the version ships. Anything that leaves your device will be opt-in and clearly described.
